taken on their own the first two matches were really weak, but seen together as part of a broader storyline it’s a bit clearer what their function is. it’s mostly the prince puma match that really bumps the rating up for this episode for me; the cinematic interludes were also nicely done and very Aesthetic. intriguing enough for me to want to keep watching for sure
