anyway all of this is why I use #NeuralAllomorph (singular noun) and #NeuralAllomorphy (concept), because it’s all underlyingly human brain with human emotions at the foundation, and we all have different manifestations of that based on a complex web of context

@jarichaust my preferred term to describe the big complexity of it all is “neural allomorphy” (implying that every brain expression is just another expression of the same thing that is “human brain”) and “neuronormative” plays well with “and certain expressions become norms” #NeuralAllomorph

@hipsterelectron hello hello this is why I use the term #NeuralAllomorph, because we are all different manifestations of the same human brain who function differently because of our different contexts
*jazz hands* neurodivergence too is socially constructed, as much so as race—another reason why I use #NeuralAllomorph, which implies just one of many forms of the human brain, whereas “neurodivergence” implies “from what” and “neurodiverse” implies “compared to what”
this is also another example of why I use the term #NeuralAllomorph, because just saying “I have ADHD and OCD” says nothing about the underlying brain mechanism that powers both, and trying too hard to disentangle diagnoses often prevents you from making insights and connections
