I’m not actually certain the rate at which my emails get flagged as spam (can’t exactly measure nonresponse), but I had a group email go out that a few people said went to spam, so I suspect my messages get flagged as spam more often if they contain a lot of links

people who use @/gmail.com addresses, have your emails ever gone to other people’s spam folders? trying to figure out if my emails going to spam is within standard email filter range or if I have to reconfigure my domain to optimize things

my ex showing up will pretty reliably at this point trigger several things and I’m even scared to say this on main bc I don’t know if he’s still reading my twitter and would get pissed about me saying that, but I’m tired, I’m fucking exhausted, and he intruded on my space, again

the past few days I’ve been in “brain thinking again about self-harm” which I haven’t been in in a year or so, I have not done anything but the urge gets stronger with every stressor that I can blame on myself (i.e., all of them)

I’ve hardly even been able to get myself to eat, I’m so exhausted and have so much to do and could possibly alleviate by delegating, but I don’t have the energy or executive function to even figure out what needs to be delegated

I fear another episode coming on but I don’t want to be locked up in a hospital again, I’m just… going to continue drowning

my days off are really just days to run errands and do freelance work, I don’t actually give myself days off and feel guilty when I do
