Ancient Roman Artifacts of the Day: These carved bone phalluses with finely detailed wings — dating back 1,600 to 2,000 years — were dug up in Britain and recently published in the journal Britannia.

We got to-go cups of sweet iced tea at the place we ate at today. Amber set hers firmly on the roof of the car to hand something to me and without a single breeze the cup fell, landed with tea getting everywhere, and then rolled away.
Amber said, “They look like wing prints!”
