i think the worst thing about human cas is one of two things

his human mind is unable to process a recollection of his true form. he can not remember what his faces looked like, how many hands that branched from his body like a tree

or he remembers everything, is unable to express it in words or art, and despairs he will yearn to be that angel again for the rest of his existence
