Honey-peach pork chop with mâche blend salad.

I’ve finally started cooking again, and I figured I’d post a roundup once or twice a month to show what I’ve made. I don’t tend to link to recipes on Instagram (where the photos get posted first), but I’ll do so where possible here. 🙂

beef and spinach pasta
Pasta with vodka sauce, ground beef, and spinach.
chicken and couscous
Brined chicken breast over toasted couscous with basil and cherry tomatoes.
pizza
Homemade pizza from scratch (with store-bought tomato soup).
bacon brussels sprouts
Pan-roasted brussels sprouts with honey-orange bacon.
vermont curry
Honey apple Vermont curry mix with chicken breast, potato, carrots, apple, and onion.
ribs and cucumber
Sweet and sour spare ribs (糖醋排骨) and cucumber salad (涼拌黃瓜) over multigrain rice.
peaches and pork
Honey-peach pork chop with mâche blend salad.
